Love Loaf

Passed on from one of my colleagues who has a mind perpetually in the gutter, I bring you the "love loaf".

Ingredients:

4 cups of bread flour
2 spoons of dry yeast
a pinch of salt
3 spoons of sugar
Jug of Luke Warm Water

Instructions:

Pre-Heat oven to 180 degrees centigrade.

Mix flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl. Add water slowly so the dough doesn't get too sticky. Use as much as is needed, and use your hands, get filthy!

Once you've got a doughy mixture, kneed it a wee bit, perhaps throwing some of what is on your hands toward the nearest lazy person. Tip the contents of the ball into an oven proof baking tray (depth / breadth is up to you)

Stick the pan into the oven for fourty five minutes or until you're hungry and then eat.

Apparently sharing the bread with your partner over a fine glass of red and a home cooked meal leads to filth...but we shan't go there!
